Linda was born on 11 March 1986 in Marburg, Germany. She took an interest in music from an early age. At the age of 5 she started with classical piano training & at 16 decided to take up guitar & electric bass. She then became a member of the band “Cosmocunts” (today known as “Rude Dude”). She explored writing her own songs, composed jingles & worked as an announcer for radio commercials.

After she met the band “Tito and Tarantula” during a dance performance, they took her on tour with them across Europe. She eventually ended up in Los Angeles where she worked with many directors and musicians, who then gave her, her passion for acting.

After Los Angeles, she travelled to Mexico where she met Eder Perales. Once back in Germany, she and Eder began to write songs over the internet.

In 2009, Linda moved to Berlin and continued to work as a musician but also began working as an actress, shooting short films as well as doing some modelling work.

In early 2011 she moved to Mexico, where she lived for nearly 2 years. There she founded the band “Lejana” with Eder Perales, Isaac Fernandez and Paco Rosas. During her time in Mexico, she continued to work as an actress, screenwriter and director and made several short films and music videos. She also completed classical vocal training with tenor Maestro Eduardo Ortiz, sang with Mariachi’s and helped rescue and place stray dogs with the project “Florencia y sus cosas”.

At the end of 2012 Linda returned to Germany and 2 weeks later, won the role of Anni Brehme in the series “Gute Zeiten, Schlechte Zeiten” (GZSZ). Her first appearance was 26th July 2013.

In August 2013, Linda started her second band project “Blood and Honey” with Irish musician and comedian Chris Morrin.

As part of GZSZ, her fictional character Anni Brehme released the single “Far Away” on November 15 2013 and has since sung another song entitled “Home” on 21 October 2014. Both songs were written by Uli Beck. Then on 20 February 2015, Anni Brehme sung her third song “Is Love Enough” but this time Linda co-wrote it with Uli Beck and it has been released under the new collaborative name “RUBE”.
